An explanation for the delayed start will be given during the intermission.

Current information from the USA suggests that the intervals / intermissions will remain as scheduled, meaning the predicted finish times (although still unconfirmed) 22:05 GMT  /  23:05 BST and 00:05 CEST are likely to be accurate.

Programme starts at 16:40GMT Unofficial predicted finish time 22:05 GMT / 23:05 BST / 00:05 CEST. If you are recording for encores, please ensure you extend your record times.

Still no confirmed start time, although we have pictures now.  As far as we are aware, this is a production problem withing the Met theatre.  I will update when we know more.

Met are suggesting a restart at 16:35 GMT / 17:35 BST and 18:35 CEST. Will confirm when I know more

There is an unexpected delay to the opera. We have no idea why at present but will update here as soon as we know.

Those of you recording for encores, please ensure you have set a sufficient record duration. The default of 2 hours will not be long enough. Thanks
