Black to line on two occasions around 17:06 to 17:12 GMT, 18:06 to 18:12 BST or 19:06 to 19:12 CEST

After a bit of a shaky start. All services established and stable at 15:15GMT/16:15BST/17:15CEST.  Service ID is ‘COPPELIA‘

There have been reports of sync issues at a few isolated sites.  However, I can confirm that the transmission is syncronous on the satellite. I am sorry to hear that some of you appear to be having local difficulties.
