Vision disturbance at 19:18GMT. Seen in USA and all over Europe. Suspect problem before uplink in USA.   If we see again we will switch to reserve transatlantic connectivity.

FAITHLESS: Poor technical quality on the Helpline

Sorry to any of you who called the Helpline tonight and encountered the crackly, muffled line.

Although we are at the O2 Academy, (www.o2.co.uk) they were not able to supply a single phone line, or internet connection. So we are trying to do it on dongles (supplied by “3“).

Signal is now up (at 2018GMT) and stable on IS10-02. We are showing a loop of a camera assistant clapping on the stage, followed by individual channel idents, and then programme material from this afternoon’s sound check.

A very good Test with no cinemas reporting problems other than from several Cineworld sites who needed help to use their equipment.

Hope the main TX is just as good, and those who were helped in the Test have now resolved their problems
