There will be an additional Test on IS-1002 at 0930BST/UK (1030CEST / W.Europe).
This is another opportunity to make sure all is working ahaed of the 1st relay of the Season on 9th October.
The Helpline is available for satellite availability queries (but not individual operational tutorials).
Tuesday 14th September
There is a 2nd chance to Test for Pathé Live broadcasts this moring at 0900BST/UK 1000CESt/W.Europe. All details remain as last week with DVBS-2, QPSK MPEG-2 modulation
Tuesday 7th September 2021
There is a 120′ pre-season test (for Bolshoi Ballet and other live broadcasts) at 0800-1000GMT (0900-1100BST & 1000-1200CEST). Please note this is a DVBS-2 QPSK, MPEG-2 feed
The Helpline will be in operation for signal availability enquiries. The Helpline does NOT offer individual tuning instructions for your in-house equipment: you must be familiar with its operation.
It is with great excitement to be able to arrange a Pre-Season Test for 1000-1100GMT 6th September 2021. The tuning details will be emailed out in due course. You may need to contact your managed service provider to arrange for this test to reach your screen.
The usual Helpline support will be provided during this test.

The Test ahead of FIDELIO starts at 1000GMT/1100CET with a duration of 1-hour to 1100GMT/1200CET. [From 1100-1145GMT there is internal testing on IS-1002 for ROH-use only and is not part of the cinema test]. As this is opera subtitles should be ON in UK cinemas.
10th March
The Test for next week’s broadcast is at 1100-1200 GMT (1200-1300 CET). The usual ROH Test loop will be broadcast and all normal support services are available. As this is opera subtitles should be ON in UK cinemas.

UPDATE@1800GMT The feed is now re-established on IS-1002 and E5Wa. V+A and subs all good
The Test ahead of this evening’s ballets starts at 1000GMT/1100CET with a duration of 1-hour to 1100GMT/1200CET. [From 1100GMT there is internal testing on IS-1002 for ROH-use only and is not part of the cinema test]
As this is a ballet broadcast, subtitles should be switched OFF in UK/Ireland cinemas.

The Test for tonight’s live red-carpet is at 1300-1400UK and is caried on IS-1002 only.
You have been given a Helpline for the Icecrypts/STB receivers but you should call LANsat or Éclair support if you have a managed system from them.

Monday 24th February
The Test for Saturday’s (29th Feb) broadcast is today at 0930-1000CET on E5Wa followed by IS-1002 at 0930-1000GMT.
All usual support in place and usual service ID and test-content
Thursday 20th February
The live feed returns at 1730GMT with test material up to 1830.

Wednesday 19th February
The Test (on IS-1002) is from 1100-1200GMT. There are NO SUBTITLES. The service name for your receiver is “NT LIVE”
All usual support facilities are in place.
Sunday 23rd February
The feed is officially available from 1300GMT/1400CET. However, it will be on-air from 1230GMT for internal testing only. If you do tune-in early, please DO NOT rely on the feed being stable at this time until 1300GMT
The Test continues to 14:40GMT, when walk-in cards and trailers will be broadcast. The Introduction is at 15:00GMT
STB/ICECRYPT Users. If you select the channel from the Test last Tuesday, there may be no video (although you will hear audio). If this is the case, select the channel and then use the menu to tune/satellite search the channel again.

The Test for Sunday’s (23rd) live broadcast is at 0930CET on E5Wa and 0930GMT on IS-1002. The usual Pathé Live Test loop will be used for the Test content
