The Test ahead of the broadcast on 9th October is from 1100-1200 today. The feed is carried on IS-1002 and all usual support shpould be in place.
The Test for this Season’s 1st broadcast (“Aida”) is at 0930CEST on E5Wa and an hour later at 0930BST on IS-1002. Each Test is for 30′. As with the Pre-Tests, this Season is broadcast with MPEG-4 coding and will all subtitles DVB-embedded/Closed for self-selection
UPDATE@1825BST. The feed is live again. There is a shot of the O2 bowl and some background FX. There are no Test signals (AR, Sync etc) being offered at this time
The Test ahead of this evening’s broadcast is at 1100-1200BST. The content will be a pre-recorded Test loop direct from the satellite uplink: the outside broadcast is not yet ready. The content is expected to be the legacy Arqiva “Digital Cinema Delivered” test loop
