Vision distrurbance at 19:22 / 23 and 24. Isolated to NY fibre path. Switched to reserve Washington fibre path at 19:24GMT. Subtitles recovered by 19:24:30

We understand there are RX difficulties in London due to heavy rain. The satellites are running at full power, we are doing everything we can to help, but these difficulties are caused by conditions local to the effected receiver.

Services established and stable on IS10-02 at 14:23GMT and AB3 at 14:30GMT. Confirm AB3 is transmitting at full power.
