Pre TX testing begins at 13:00 GMT / 14:00 CET. Please ensure your dish is clear of snow (if it is safe to do so). Please also ensure you know how to tune your receiver to a DVBS-2 / 8PSK transmission. THIS IS THE TECH STANDARD FOR TODAY. Before the test at 1300GMT/1400CET, please go and sweep your dishes and LNBs of snow. Also make sure you can see some permanent channels on your satellite. Do everything you can to be ready for the signal coming at lunchtime.

The Test that happens pre-TX on Sunday has been brought forwards. It will start at 1300GMT/1400CET.
Please make full use of the time available.
Many of you were unfamiliar with your kit today and did not know how to set the modulation to DVBS-2/8PSK on your receivers.
Please make sure you are familiar with your equipment and its operation before Sunday.
The test was extended until 1100GMT/1200CET but has now finished. Please join the Test again at 1400GMT/1500CET on Sunday 19th before the event
