The Channel is called “RUS-029-1”
There are colour bars with the words “Ciel Ecran” and also “HD Test”

DONCARLO: All services now up and stable

The feeds on IS10-02 are now stable on both English and German subtitle feeds. AB3 is stable with French and Spanish subtitles. T12 to the Middle East also up and stable. Astra 1E will follow at 1700GMT/1800CET
