Although Creative Broadcast Solutions Ltd are providing the on-site outside broadcast technical management of this live, historic gig tonight, we are not engaged to provide any Trouble/Helplines.
Please refer to the documentation you were sent from the distributor for any such information. Sorry we can’t help.
Pre transmission testing was established on AB3 and IS10-02 at 13:02 GMT 14:02 CET. Good strong signals on both paths.
Hello,
Pre TX testing begins at 13:00 GMT / 14:00 CET. Please ensure your dish is clear of snow (if it is safe to do so). Please also ensure you know how to tune your receiver to a DVBS-2 / 8PSK transmission. THIS IS THE TECH STANDARD FOR TODAY. If you need any help at all, do call the helpline 0844 4 737373 (or your local number) pin 270661. We will do our best to help. Best of luck.
Before the test at 1300GMT/1400CET, please go and sweep your dishes and LNBs of snow. Also make sure you can see some permanent channels on your satellite. Do everything you can to be ready for the signal coming at lunchtime.
Don’t forget to use PowWowNow if you have any queries. Don’t call my mobile (it doesn’t work in the teleport) and don’t call the office (I am not there).
